How do i find a distance between two points in matlab?
For example we have two points A=(1,1,1) and B=(2,1,1). We want to find the distance between them but when i use distance(A,B) it only returns 5. What is the problem in my code?
distance(A,B) is a correct way to compute the distance between two points. However, there is a small but important difference: MATLAB by default will return the distance between the points’ x-coordinates. If you want the distance between their y-coordinates instead, use distance(A,B,’y’).
If you’re only interested in the distance between two points in 3D, and don’t care about the coordinate system, you can use bndist3d.
1. Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for correcting image data, and more particularly to a method and apparatus for correcting image data for which there are numerous adjacent pixels (i.e., pixels near one another) in a screen.
2. Description of the Related Art
Recently, the image quality of television (TV) receivers has been improved, and the number of pixels of display devices used in TV receivers has also increased. Furthermore, a higher resolution, i.e., more pixels in a display screen, is required with each new generation of display devices, which require the need to perform image correction, such as correction of curvature, white balance and gamma correction. Correction of curvature is necessary to remove undesirable image curvature which is generated by the curved display

The Jamaica Cougars were a junior ice hockey team based in Jamaica, Ontario, Canada. They played in the Ontario Hockey League.
Founded in 1971 as the Markham Waxers, the franchise was owned by the Garth Ward Family. The club played in Markham, Ontario, Canada. Markham was home to the Toronto Maple Leafs at the time.
In 1982, after a dismal inaugural season, the team relocated to Ontario City, Ontario, where they played for two seasons. In the summer of 1984, the franchise was sold to the city of Markham, which is where the team played for the next 21 seasons. This move was the first step towards making the city the home of a new Canadian junior hockey franchise. During the 1984-85 season, the Cougars were a member of the Ontario Provincial Junior A Hockey League.
The franchise was purchased in 2003 by former NHLer and current businessman, Maurice “Mo” Johnston, with plans to build a $30 million, 30,000 seat arena in the city of Markham. The arena was named the Ron Joyce Arena in honor of the founder and owner of the team.
In January 2010, it was announced that the team would be sold to Hockey Canada.
On August 9, 2010, Hockey Canada announced the team would relocate to Vaughan, Ontario, and play as the Vaughan Vipers. The team played its first home game at the new Hershey Centre on September 30, 2010, which the Vipers lost 4-0 to the Peterborough Petes.
On May 28, 2014, Hockey Canada announced the team would be moved to Georgetown, Ontario, and would play as the Georgetown Raiders.
On April 13, 2015, it was announced that the Georgetown Raiders would be removed from the OHL and merged into the Windsor Spitfires. This was a result of a revised league structure where franchises would no longer be owned by one city. The Spitfires will remain based in Windsor, Ontario.

What’s New In RestartShell?
RestartShell.exe is a small utility developed to be a small tool that restarts Windows Shell (Explorer).
You may find RestartShell to be quite be useful especially when developing Windows Shell extensions and system-wide hooks. By one click you achieve log off and log in effect.
Support restarting user interface from many places
Great for debugging system hooks
RestartShell uses API RestartSystem and RestartService.
RestartSystem resets the current process state to the initial state.
RestartService terminates the current application and restarts it.
RestartShell can be used in post-build events of your project.
Select the desired target (e.g. Console), click on the ButtonRestart and wait for Shell process to be terminated and then be restarted.
I just wanted to drop in and let you know that RestartShell saved my bacon last night. I had some code that was running out of process, but had been somehow not triggering the check and hence the process never terminated, and all my files were still locked. I restarted and it worked fine.
Of course, I’ve attached the source to this blog and to my site to make it easy for you to try yourself, and make sure it’s going to work for you.Q:
How do I set the threshold of a density plot?
I have a collection of data points that show up as black circles in the graph below. I’m interested in them, but most of the points are too close to the line of equality to be easily distinguishable. I’d like to make them a darker red (to the left of the line) but without skewing the graph. I know how to make the points appear above the line by decreasing the p-value to a really low value, but that makes everything below the line appear in a darker red and makes everything above the line even darker red. I’d like to darken the upper portion of the graph but not get it as bright as it is now, unless that would make the upper portion even darker.
I can probably manually fiddle with the graph to make it look right, but I’m wondering if there is a parameter in R that will automatically darken everything above a certain value?
The reason why the tails end up too dark is because you have set alpha to zero. This is the default for geom_density(), since you have no condition on the x variable. Try adding a condition:
geom_density(data = ic, aes(x = x, y = y, color = type), alpha =.75,
condition = I Q:
