Windows touch keyboard or Microsoft Toollbar keyboard?
I started getting the Microsoft Toollbar keyboard on Windows 10. I updated to the Anniversary Update recently and immediately started having trouble. I have tried everything but could not get rid of this keyboard. Finally, today, the Toollbar keyboard disapeared by itself. This happened again today and again the same.
So what i did was uninstall a few apps I never use and sure enough, problem solved. I wanted to see if there was a way to remove the Toollbar through the package manager and will try this next time it pops up. (I work on Windows 10 Pro)
