LAYERS: An image is built by stacking one layer upon the other. Each layer can be a color, pattern, image, text, or any combination. Each layer has properties that enable one to customize them. A gradient filter adds an interesting, often psychedelic, effect. Use these filters to create a dreamlike effect in an image. You can also apply a tint to the color of the subject. The tinting effect is similar to the tint you see in the sun through an automobile window.
BRUSHES: These are lighters, markers, pens, and other tools that enable you to use various types of colors to blend and paint on an image. For example, I can select a brush from the color options and then select a color I wish to apply, and then I can brush it onto the image. You can apply any available color, tint, or filter to the brush.

How Do You Learn to Use Photoshop Elements?
I used Photoshop Elements from day one. It was like being a baby. I learned everything from the help files and from paying attention to my Mother and Father when I was a child. I remember them offering me their help. Eventually I began to understand the basics.
As an image editor Photoshop Elements does everything Photoshop does. It does not do anything else. If you use Photoshop to edit images, then you already know how to use Photoshop Elements. If you have never worked with Photoshop before, just read the instructions in the HELP files before launching Photoshop Elements.
If you are the kind of person who follows instructions to the letter, read the HELP files in Photoshop Elements. If you are the type that reads and then works in Photoshop Elements without doing much reading, use Google to help you.
Photoshop Elements does everything Photoshop does. If you do not know how to open an image, navigate to the File menu, open an image, and make adjustments or adjustments. If you are an experienced Photoshop user, feel free to follow the instructions.

How to unset shorcut key in.emacs
I recently installed Emacs using homebrew.
The reason I decided to install Emacs was for it’s language support, specifically this.
However, I do not like this shortcut for toggling it off, and I’d like to figure out a way to turn it off.

When you press you’ll see a list of all available shortcuts. Once you press , you’ll see a list of currently-defined shortcuts, including the one you’re complaining about. Press to go to the shortcut definition, and the shortcut you want to disable (a custom command, perhaps). Press again to go back to the list, and press to disable that command. Then the shortcut you wanted to use again (or M-n to toggle back and forth).
Note that once you disable a command, you will have to re-bind it to a key, if you wish to continue using it. Most emacs packages will bind a “good” key to an “evil” key, though, so that you can still use those keybindings even while you’re on the “evil” one.
