Instructions:
1. Get the Widget from this page.
2. Login to Yahoo! Widget Engine and click the “install” button (square with a dot in the upper right corner).
3. Choose the “Flash” option.
4. Select the.swf file from the “Download file” dialog. Click “continue.”
5. The “Select” dialog will appear. Click “Browse” to select a folder.
6. Select the Widget file you downloaded and click “Open” button.
7. Click “OK” button to install the Widget.
8. Click the “Refresh” button to update the widget.
9. Click the “Widgets” tab.
10. Click the “Add Widgets” button.
11. Select the IP Switcher Widget from the popup window and click “OK” to add the widget.
